- Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost or $50.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to accommodate the next client.
2. SMS Informational Messaging Program (10DLC Compliant)
Desert Muse Lash & Beauty offers automated text messaging services strictly for customer care, appointment management, and salon transactional alerts. No marketing or promotional messages will be sent through this program.
